The station goes to air 24/7 and at all other times other than those mentioned, a great variety of easy listening music from various genres is broadcast . The station broadcasts Funeral Announcementsthat have been authorised by local Funeral Directors. Community Announcements from volunteer organisations throughout the Shire are gladly put to air.
The station acknowledges The Lower Burdekin Newspaper Company and The Townsville Bulletin when reading news from their editions. Other news items come from Media Monitors, Local Government, State and Federal Government Press Releases.Announcements going to air must firstly be authorised. Station volunteers broadcast up to the minute information in times of Cyclone, Flood and Emergency Situations - it goes to air as soon as it arrives in the studio and is the station acknowledged on the CD-Rom produced by the Burdekin Shire Council as station to tune to for Emergency Information
